Doc Text:	The new web UI called Cockpit is available to fine-tune and troubleshoot Red Hat Virtualization Hosts. Cockpit is integrated into the Administration Portal, and can be accessed via the Cockpit sub-tab of the Hosts tab. Cockpit is installed by default on Red Hat Virtualization Hosts. To use the feature on Red Hat Enterprise Linux-based hosts, install the following packages: - cockpit-ovirt-uiplugin package on the Red Hat Virtualization Manager - cockpit and optional cockpit-ovirt-dashboard packages on each host. Create new UI Plugin for webadmin embedding Cockpit into webadmin.

The Cockpit page will be rendered within new Host sub-tab 'Cockpit' and/or as new browser window/tab.


The plugin can be installed optionally.

Moving from 4.0 alpha to 4.0 beta since 4.0 alpha has been already released and bug is not ON_QA.

what would happen in the case of Next Gen Node? would it the plugin show all of cockpit dashboards - including the oVirt one?

The UI plugin (cockpit-ovirt-uiplugin rpm) is an optional package for webadmin. 
And if it is installed, it will show host's Cockpit in webadmin's host subtab. 

Since the Next Gen Node will have the cockpit-ovirt-dashboard rpm installed by default, this cockpit's dashboard will be shown as well.

this is unrelated. It's just that the verification is blocked by bug 134017 completely. But there's no change needed on cockpit-ovirt-uiplugin side
