hello-plugin

Description of problem:

When the user attempts to switch to (click on) UI plugin contributed sub tab, UI jumps back to "Virtual Machines" main tab.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. install hello-plugin into /usr/share/ovirt-engine/ui-plugins
2. open WebAdmin, select "Host" main tab
3. select some host and click on "Hello" sub tab

Actual results:

UI jumps back to "Virtual Machines" main tab.

Expected results:

UI displays the given sub tab.

Additional info:

Using hello-plugin (attached) created by Marek Libra to reproduce the issue.

Bug tickets must have version flags set prior to targeting them to a release. Please ask maintainer to set the correct version flags and only then set the target milestone.

Verified in
ovirt-engine-webadmin-portal-4.0.2.1-0.1.el7ev.noarch
rhevm-4.0.2.1-0.1.el7ev.noarch

Verified with cockpit-ovirt-uiplugin-0.10.6-1.3.2.el7ev.noarch
as well as with the attached hello-plugin.

In both cases, selecting the sub-tab, provided by the UI plugin, it displayed the sub-tab content and didn't jump anywhere else, as was described in comment 0.
