1) login to Sat6 webui
2) Click Content -> Lifecycle Environments
3) Quickly click "New Environment"
4) Submit form and notice error in red:


["you cannot remove locations that are used by hosts or inherited."]

This doesn't happen all the time and sometimes can be difficult to reproduce but it does happen.
