Description of problem:

OpenCV-3.1 was hit rawhide 

new location of PHP-Facedetect is in github : 
https://github.com/infusion/PHP-Facedetect/releases


 v1.1.0 is available since 4 apr 2014 , when version 1.0.1 in Fedora is from 2011 


I request commit access to be able to update package myself , please approve it . looks like you are away from Fedora since sometime ago.

with release 5 of opencv (opencv-3.1.0-5 ) we can build php-facedetect without errors ...

This is the last package of opencv mass rebuild all others are solved !.
