I tried build gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free-1.8.1-1.fc25.src.rpm in copr  and almost worked , just fail in %files section

    File not found: /builddir/build/BUILDROOT/gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free-1.8.1-1.fc25.x86_64/usr/share/gst-plugins-bad/1.0/opencv_haarcascades/palm.xml

may you fix this and rebuild for OpenCV-3.1 in rawhide ? please

opencv disabled , broken dependencies solved
