Description of problem:
List of Container Image conditions is always empty even if it has conditions.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.6.0.6-beta2.5.20160511140943_ff75fb2

How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Control->Explorer.
2. Open Conditions accordion.
3. Click on "Container Image Conditions" node.

Actual results:
"No Container Image Conditions are defined ."

Expected results:
List of Container Image conditions contains is not empty.

Seems related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1335093 could not reproduce on master as well let work on reproducing that one too.
