A dependency on mailx (which is much smaller than mutt) should be added to NGN

VERIFIED this bug on build ovirt-node-ng-installer-ovirt-4.0-2016053004.iso
Patches were merged two weeks ago, so it is OK to verify this bug on build 2016053004. And verified this bug on either of branches build is enough according to patches.
