It is being developed currently, there's no patches yet. we will add the trackers as soon as the patch will be available.

Can you please add some _doc_text that explain how to use the REST and what currently we could do using the REST-API.

4.0.6 has been the last oVirt 4.0 release, please re-target this bug.
