oVirt for Fedora 25 depends on that

Vdsm requires python-blivent as part of gluster support. Added Sahina to follow the request. Currently VDSM cannot fully operate with python3, therefore for the next F25 we request to keep a package over python2 for python-blivet.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle.
Changing version to '25'.

vdsm requires python-blivet1 over f25 and above. the issue was solved.
