The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

dovecot in RHEL 7 does not currently have dovecot-devel subpackage.
Moving to dovecot component.

This bug is a clone. There already is a bug #1122676 for dovecot to create devel subpackage which is currently ON_QA. This clone is for releng part to make sure dovecot-devel is available to customers in correct channel. Shouldn't this bug set to releng component then?

What is purpose of this releng bug?

The dovecot-devel automatically falls into -optional variants.

See comment #3, it is to make sure, customers can get dovecot-devel from appropriate channel. (Previously there was none) If there is nothing that needs to be done from your side, feel free to close this bug.
