Description of problem:
When switching to Any Context while viewing the details of a Lifecycle Environment, the url redirection state is incorrectly stored. This results in being redirected to a non-existent page after selecting an organization. 

The url, when asked to specify an organization, looks like this.
https://<sat url>/select_organization?toState=%2Fdetails
And returns you to this page.
https://<sat url>/details
instead of
https://<sat url>/lifecycle_environments/1/details

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View the details of any lifecycle environment
2. Switch the Organization to 'Any Context'
3. Select the original organization in the resulting page
4. See where you are redirected to

You are redirected to a non-existent page: https://<sat url>/details

Expected results:
You are redirected to the correct lifecycle environment details page.
