Description of problem:

Not really sure why, but audit log shows:
"etl service sampling has encountered an error. please consult the service log for more details."
Happens every once in a while.

1. Insall ovirt engine. 
2. Configure hosts and storage domains (block and file).
3. Configure email notifications).
