Instructions on how to install and perform basic initial configuration of Aodh must be added to the Installation Reference under the chapter on Ceilometer.

Radek - some content on this appears to exist in the upstream, although we would need to adapt the steps so that they follow the general formal already laid out in our Installation Reference:
