Description Mike McCune 2016-06-06 18:45:59 UTC
Running results in syntax error:

/usr/bin/katello-backup
/usr/bin/katello-backup:114: syntax error, unexpected end-of-input, expecting keyword_end

# rpm -qf /usr/bin/katello-backup
katello-common-3.0.0-6.el7sat.noarch

Comment 3 Christine Fouant 2016-06-07 18:10:21 UTC
Fixed by https://github.com/Katello/katello-packaging/pull/209

Comment 4 jcallaha 2016-07-06 17:53:50 UTC
Verified in Satellite 6.2 Beta Snap 19.

katello-backup now works as expected.

Comment 5 jcallaha 2016-07-07 19:40:01 UTC
Failed QA in Satellite 6.2 Beta Snap 19.

This was erroneously marked as verified due to a manual modification of the script. Upon further review, this is not yet fixed in Snap 19.

Comment 6 Brad Buckingham 2016-07-07 19:48:31 UTC
Adding external tracker to the downstream MR that resolved the syntax error.

Comment 7 jcallaha 2016-07-08 19:41:07 UTC
Verified in Satellite 6.2 Beta Snap 19.1.

After a fresh install, the script works perfectly fine.
