This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Thank you for the report!
We already have another bug open for this issue, so I'll close this one.
We have a fix involving "After", as you specify, but unfortunately FreeRADIUS is not going to be updated in RHEL7.3 and you may need to wait longer for the fix.
