Description of problem: I'm not sure if this is a bug or an RFE. Rebooting is not something usually done in Azure. Anyway, if you choose either Soft Reboot or Hard Reboot from the collection page, you get a evm.log error and it doesn't restart. The choices are not even available on the details page. I believe Azure only supports one form of reboot. Per the 5.6 agreement, only Soft Reboot works for Azure. Verified in 5.7.0.0.20160906172503_12f65cb that is works fine by checking the Azure activity log for the entry. Restart Succeeded 11 min ago Fri Sep 09 2016 14:47:23 GMT-0700 (PDT) Visual Studio Enterprise with MSDN CFME Moving to verified.
