We need a plain and straightforward method to effect on migration limits. Furthermore, currently default configuration of RHEVM doesn't allow to migrate VM in several cases:

1. Watching video.
2. Copying a big file from a client to a guest (Drag-n-Drop to remote-viewer)
3. Any mid/heavy workload on a Guest.

There is a workaround explained at: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/148893

But, it requires:
stopping all hypervisors, putting them into maintenance mode
manual editing configs on each hypervisor
