Description of problem:
Resources setting form does not get displayed after selecting resources from drop down.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Version: 5.5.5.0.20160628144838_629f93b


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Services->Catalogs->Catalog Items -> Configuration
2. Add new catalog item
3. Add new catalog bundle
4. Select the above created catalog item in resources in bundle and save 

Actual results:
Unable to add/load a Resources

Expected results:
It should work successfully.
