Description of problem:

After checked some events from check box save button is still disabled.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to Control→ Explorer
2.Click the Policies accordion, and select Control Policies
3.Select and add either Host Control Policies or VM Control Policies
4.then Click on Configuration->Edit this Policy’s Event assignments
5.Check any events you want to assign to this policy.

Actual results:
Unable to save Host/Vm Control Policy Event. 

Expected results:
It should be possible to save Host/Vm Control Policy Event
