Description of problem:

Running system-config-display fails to find the synaptics touchpad on my Inspiron 4100.  This touchpad has worked before by manual configuation with FC1.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run system-config-display
2. note that X11 configuration file hasn't changed
3.
    

Actual Results:  touchpad doesn't double tap, touchpad sides don't scroll

Expected Results:  double tap, side scrolling should work
