In RHV 4.0, several improvement have been made to the core migration functionality in the Manager and VDSM. As a result, new migration settings are now available in the Administration Portal, and this updated functionality must be documented. Changes are visible in (at least) the following dialogs: * The 'Migration Policy' tab (formerly the 'Resilience Policy' tab) of the 'New/Edit Cluster' dialog * The 'Host' tab of the 'New/Edit Virtual Machine' dialog * The 'Host' tab of the 'New/Edit Pool' dialog
