I'm not sure where the problem is, but the artifactId 'postgresql' is
installed in /usr/share/maven-poms/postgresql-jdbc/postgresql.pom.

For the time being, I'm explicitly providing:
  mvn(org.postgresql:postgresql)

But it looks like this should be fixed.  Either in javapackages-tools or in
postgresql-jdbc pom file (if the second is truth, please switch this bug
against postgresql-jdbc component).
