Reason for enhancement:

When auto-detecting nodes for OSP node registration, the fusor and undercloud currently being used for registration are valid choices for registration. If these nodes are submitted for introspection, then the servers currently in use for QCI would be instantly rebooted.

The currently in-use fusor and undercloud servers should be disabled from selection during node auto-detection.
