The OSP8 director guide needs a section that describes how users can convert their overcloud endpoints to use keystone v3. This procedure might require the definition of a custom endpoint map.

This documentation is needed as a dependency for federation and LDAP-based integration, including IdM and Active Directory. The intention is that these guides can mention keystone v3 as a prerequisite, and then link to the Director guide.
