Hi Colin
Can you send me the logs?

Thanks

Comment 5 Bronagh Sorota 2016-08-09 17:10:30 UTC
Colin

1) We are indeed bypassing the proxy to download the orchestration stacks (deployment templates), we are working on a code change right now.

2) I noticed some other errors in the logs that indicate networking issues (getting resource groups, getting private images, getting events...) This fix will not address these. QUESTION - were there networking problems at the time?

Comment 17 Daniel Berger 2016-08-18 16:31:06 UTC
After a call with the client today, the original issue of timeouts while collecting template information, caused by lack of proxy information, appears to be resolved.

Rather than continue to continue extending this ticket, I've had the client create separate case files for both private image listing and metrics.

I think this BZ can be closed.

I agree this issue seems resolved; can we use this BZ to track this¹ pull request?

The PR is 'darga/backported', adding cfme-5.6.z flag.

Comment 21 Jeff Teehan 2016-10-11 19:50:47 UTC
I didn't see any issues with templates when we routed through our proxy. Sounds like the customer is happy and I'm happy. Going to move to verified.
