Doc Text:	Previously, connecting to Azure from the CloudForms appliance through a proxy resulted in a connection timeout with the Azure gallery. As a result, Azure information such as private images were not pulled into CloudForms. This was caused by missing proxy information. This has been fixed in this update by adding proxy information to the open-uri call for Azure.

I verified the fix is in the code.  The customer has verified that the proxy issue has disappeared.  Moving to verified per discussions above.
