Description of problem:

When attempting to delete a snapshot that created for a disk before it has been extended, the live merge process fails with the following error:

5. Delete the snapshot.

Actual results:
Failed to delete the snapshot

Expected results:
Snapshot should delete and live merge should occur

Eyal - just to confirm - step #3 here is about EXPLICITLY extending a disk, not just writing a lot of stuff to a thinly provisioned snapshot, right?

Adam, Ala - didn't we handle this in bug 1232481 already?

Thats right, I didn't perform any writing to the disk.

This BZ is not a regression. Running same scenario on previous versions will result in same failure.

It is worth to emphasize that this issue occurs *only* on HSM. This means that in order to constantly reproduce it, there should be (at least) two hosts and when running the VM, we have to make sure that it is running on HSM (not SPM).

Actually they look the same (although the steps to reproduce could be simplified - no need to create two snapshots) so probably something was missed when BZ 1232481 was verified.

Two things to pay attention to when verifying:
1. Run the VM on HSM
2. Merge to RAW disk
