Description of problem:
View->Current View->Define Views... pops up very small blank window
that you need to resize just to find and click the close box.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in mail
2. click view
3. click current view
4. click define views...
    

Actual Results:  a very very small window pops up, that when stretched
is completely empty and doesn't even have a close button

Expected Results:  What should be there...
