file /usr/share/qemu-kvm/tscdeadline_latency.flat from install of qemu-kvm-tools-rhev-10:2.6.0-1.el7.x86_64 conflicts with file from package qemu-kvm-tools-rhev-10:2.6.0-23.el7.x86_64

This was fixed in qemu-kvm-rhev-2.6.0-6.el7 by BZ 1320476.
