Description of problem:
customer looking for compatibility library libaprutil-1-httpd24.so which is missing from the SCL releases on RHEL7 .. should be included in httpd24-apr which was partially folded into httpd24 from the RHEL7 base channel as per https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1218271 .. but these libraries appear to be missing both in the SCL and in the base channel

We don't plan to make any changes here.  Apache modules built for httpd24 should avoid linking against -laprutil.

I'd be happy to take bugs for any issues using external Apache modules built against RHEL6 httpd24 and running against RHEL7 httpd24.
