Comment 2 Dave Johnson 2016-09-26 22:28:26 UTC
I assume a basic set of regression tests to make sure ssa on azure continues to work correctly is enough to verify this? Was there any specific circumstances that caused the data integrity or performance issues?

Comment 3 Jerry Keselman 2016-09-27 11:46:53 UTC
Yes, SSA regression tests for Azure should handle this bug. When this module - which actually speeds up Azure SSA dramatically, was not added, Azure SSA was very slow and often required more reads than were allowed during the time frame by the Azure interface. When this module was added with the bug it caused problems as well. With the fix SSA completes and much more quickly than before.

Comment 4 Jeff Teehan 2016-09-29 17:13:40 UTC
SSA continues to work fine per other bugs. I'm going to move this to verified since it's an internal change.
