USB stick is listed multiple times

Description of problem:
Fedora Media Writer lists two different entries for an usb stick.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
mediawriter-3.96.0-0.fc24.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always reproducible, after triggering bug 1377604. Not reproducible otherwise.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I hit bug 1377604 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1377604).
2. Back to the main menu, I selected the LXDE spin.
3. I clicked on "Create Live USB".
4. I clicked on the combobox in order to select the correct device.

Actual results:
Two entries appear in the combobox, even if there is only one stick connected.

Expected results:
Only one entry should appear in the combobox.

Additional info:
This is the output of "lsusb" (the stick is 002/005):
