Description of problem:

On an install of OCP 3.3 the download for the CLI tools point to Origin github repo. Looks like a regression of 1311396 & 1309205

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

atomic-openshift-master-3.3.0.32-1.git.0.37bd7ea.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clean install as of 29th Sept 2016

Actual results:

Using the ? --> Command Line Tools (https://master.example.com:8443/console/command-line) Links out to Origin


Expected results:

Should link to https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/290/ver=3.3/rhel---7/3.3.0.32/x86_64/product-software

1. Launch OCP 3.3.1.1
2. Click ? --> Command Line Tools --> Latest Release

It points to https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/290

I tried after a few minutes, and got the same error.

Also I tried to activate the subscription, then I'm asked to type Subscription Number(but I didn't have one)

Am I able to get an account to verify this bug?

Cancel the needinfo request since I get a valid Red Hat Customer Portal account 

Checked against v3.3.1.1

1. Launch OCP 3.3.1.1
2. Click ? --> Command Line Tools --> Latest Release

Clicking on Latest Release links to https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/290/ver=3.3/rhel---7/3.3.0.34/x86_64/product-software


The version 3.3.0.34 now is latest

Move to VERIFIED
