Description of problem:

The link in web console OCP 3.3 for CLI tools is pointing to github. It should be pointing to customer portal.

How reproducible:

Check the link in web console.

Actual results:

After click on link it redirects to github openshift origin.


Expected results:

After click on link it should redirect to Customer Portal https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/290/ver=3.3/rhel---7/3.3.0.35/x86_64/product-software
