Description of problem:
When trying to create a new disk from the new/edit VM dialog a UI exception is thrown 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the VM tab click on "New"
2. In the Instance images part click on "Create"
3. Fill in disk details and click on "OK"

Actual results:
A UI exception is thrown

Expected results:
UI exception should not be thrown

Tested with the following code:

ovirt - 4.0.6
vdsm - 4.18.16

Tested with the following scenario:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the VM tab click on "New"
2. In the Instance images part click on "Create"
3. Fill in disk details and click on "OK"

Actual results:
UI exception was not thrown and the disk was created successfully.

Moving to VERIFIED!
