I think this bug is a symptom of an earlier more general issue of:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1376897

We should try to determine if this fix solves all the issues and maybe merge this bugs.

This has been working for a while.  I think it was backed up on paperwork or something.  Moving to verified.
