This is part of rebasing GNOME to 3.22.

The latest stable upstream release is currently 3.22.1.

I made a minor change to address one -Wmaybe-uninitialized compiler warning from a camel-pop3-folder.c file.

There had been a 3.22.7 upstream release with one reverted commit from 3.22.6, thus I'm updating to this release, instead to 3.22.6.
