Description of problem:
Fedora 24 KDE ships with two past themes that are broken but "available". See attached picture.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
KDE Plasma 5.7.5
KDE Frameworks 5.26.0
f24-kde-theme 24.5

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora 24 KDE
2. Look into System Settings > Workspace Theme
3. See pic attached, that's what you get

Actual results:
See themes of past release without thumbnail

Expected results:
See just theme for current release
