OpenStack Networking (neutron) on Red Hat OpenStack Platform 9 is now certified as an external network provider. This must be noted in the documentation.

The target release has been set to match the engineering bug on which this bug depends.

Lucy, please confirm whether this means that RHOSP 9/10 is replacing RHOSP 8 or whether it is in addition to 8.
