Harpreet, Its the kind of dup but the only way to get VMRC to work is to enable compatibility mode. I think fixing that should fix both issue.
Saif, which IE and VMRC version please.

I have also tried to launch VMRC console using IE 11 and IE 10 on Win 7 in vSphere55 and vSphere6 Environments and I found following: Expected Result: VMRC Console should launch and connect to VM. Actual Result: Failed to launch vmrc console via CFME appliance Extra steps I took to verify are as follows: 1) I used IE to login to vSphere web client. 2) Then tried to launch the VMRC console for a vm through vSphere web client. Result: VMRC Console opened properly and connected to VM as expected.

Hi Chris, Cleaning up backlog - the support matrix has been updated a couple of times since this bug was closed, so it should be up to date. Either way we shouldn't need docs_text. Thanks, Steve
