Description of problem:
I noticed several cases when text timelines tooltip didn't change its bounds correctly or split long text to several lines. As a result text partially appeared beyond of tooltip (look at attached screenshot).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.7.0.9

How reproducible:
100% if emit/catch/prepare an event with appropriate field values

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add Infra provider.(I used vsphere55)
1. Take attached event and put it to event_streams or prepare your one similar to (update it to fit your db and provider ids)
2. Open Timelines f.e. for infra provider
3. Find this event in Timelines and click it

Actual results:
"Source VM Location" text appears partially out of tooltip

Expected results:
text should always fit tooltips boundaries
