Running glance commands fails because of sudo configuration is missing

1. ls -l /etc/sudoers.d/glance

Actual results:
ls: cannot access glance: No such file or directory

File exists

openstack-glance-15.0.0-0.20170511190327.70d51c7.el7ost.noarch
sudoer file was added for glance with the correct permissions
