STIX 2 was released this Thursday. I'm not sure they really take into account all comments in https://sourceforge.net/p/stixfonts/tracking/2/#d697. In particular, they still have two pdfs and one excel spreadsheet :-( Also they decided to bundle the web fonts (WOFF & WOFF2) in the same archive as the OTF. But the most serious problem is that at the last minute they decided to rename the fonts "STIX Two". See https://sourceforge.net/p/stixfonts/tracking/78/
Hello. Any update on this? I just received a message from Mageia developers that STIX 2 is packaged in Cauldron: https://pkgs.org/download/stix-fonts

This is part of the mass font update in https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/nim/fonts-rpm-macros/ that will hit devel as soon as I finish fixing warts in the tooling, write some documentation, and get it approved by FPC Complex fonts like STIX or Droid are especially concerned by the tooling update
