Description of problem:
Dependency error

How reproducible:
yum update ocserv to 0.11.6-1

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum update ocserv

Actual results:
--> Running transaction check
---> Package ocserv.x86_64 0:0.11.5-1.el7 will be updated
---> Package ocserv.x86_64 0:0.11.6-1.el7 will be an update
--> Processing Dependency: libnl-route-3.so.200(libnl_3)(64bit) for package: ocserv-0.11.6-1.el7.x86_64

libnl3 is already installed.

$ rpm -qe libnl3
libnl3-3.2.21-10.el7.x86_64
