Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs will be migrated starting at the end of May. If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Currently, Insights notification emails are only sent to Insights users who have Customer Portal accounts.
The majority of Satellite users do not have portal accounts and expect email notifications to be sent to email address associated with the their Satellite user.
This RFE is to add the capability of the Insights plugin in the Satellite to send emails to Satellite managed users.
Verified in 6.2.8 3.0
Steps:
1) Created a new user in satellite (this user has no RHN account)
2) Subscribed the user to Insights mailing.
3) Register a host in satellite-server
4) Register the host to insights following instructions from https://access.redhat.com/products/red-hat-insights#satellite6
5) Manually triggered the insights sending using rake console:
ForemanTasks.sync_task(Actions::Insights::EmailPoller)
6) Email received as in attached screenshot.
Since the problem described in this bug report should be

were not included in the official Satellite 6.2.8 errata.
The feature is not available when Satellite is installed from the Customer Portal
The the installer installs rubygem-foreman-redhat_access-1.0.13-1
