As part of this RFE: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1412095

the Networking tab in the Cockpit is now enabled.

Need to update the warning in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-virtualization/4.0/single/administration-guide/#Introduction_to_Hosts 

as it states that networking configuration cannot be done in the cockpit

We should link to cockpit docs. Not duplicate it.

What I wrote is that we need to delete the warning that currently appears in the documentation which states that networking cannot be done in the cockpit. We will not be duplicating anything.
