Description of problem:
Trying to install the hosted engine with Gluster it will fail as the ovirt-node does not have gdeploy installed on it and neither a repository that we can install it from.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 4.1

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just install the ovirt-node ISO and look for gdeploy.

Actual results: The hosted engine over Gluster fails to install from the GUI.


Expected results: A running system.

There's a patch pending for this.
