Description of problem: As per the translator's comment in tcms, following are listed as event names instead of messages in "Add Event Notification" dialog:

GLUSTER_VOLUME_REBALANCE_START_DETECTED_FROM_CLI
START_REMOVING_GLUSTER_VOLUME_BRICKS_DETECTED_FROM_CLI

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login with ja_JP locale
2. go to users->event notifier->manage events screen
3. observe events under gluster volume events.

Actual results:
above mentioned events/messages are not localized.

Expected results:
all the events should be localized.

with locale=en_US in engine 4.1 found these not proper localized events

Moving to 4.2, because don't translation cycles for z-streams, but only for major/minor versions (we have found this out during BZ1356949 developemnt)

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be
resolved in oVirt 4.2.0 release, published on Dec 20th 2017, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
