Description of problem:
 Tool tip message for 'New VM'-'System'-'Maximum memory' is not localized
 Tool tip message for 'New VM'-'Random Generator'-'/dev/urandom source' is not localized.

4.1.0.3-0.1.el7

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into user portal with non en_US locale
2. Navigate to Extended->Virtual Machines->New VM
3. New vm dialog box go to 'system' tab and mouse hover on help icon of 'Maximum memory'
4. New vm dialog box go to 'Random Generator' tab and mouse hover on help icon of '/dev/urandom source'

Actual results:
Tool tip messages are not localized

Expected results:
Tool tip messages should be localized.

seems to be just localization missing, no code change

Hi Michal,

I cannot find this string in Zanata (our translation management system).
Is the code already marked as translatable?
Perhaps it was changed after the string freeze?

As I was reminded by tjelinek tooltips are often wrong. Currently not translatable. We need to fix that in code first
