User portal-options-tooltip messages not localized

Description of problem:
  After log into user portal with non en_US locale, navigate to user menu->Options, tool tip messages for 'Connect Automatically' and 'User's Public key' are not localized

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 4.1.0.3-0.1.el7

How reproducible:
 Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into user portal with non en_US locale
2. Navigate to User menu->Options
3. Mouse over on help icon near 'Connect Automatically' and 'User's Public Key'

Actual results:
 Tool tip messages are not localized

Expected results:
 Tool tip messages should be localized.

Just want to mention that the fix of this BZ addresses much more than what is explained in the description. It addresses cross webadmin/userportal the translation of all the info icon tooltips which were not translated.

Checked with 4.1.2.2-0.1.el7

The tool-tips are no localized. Strings not found in Zanata.
May be we need to wait till 4.2 for the translation cycle.

Changing it to assigned atm.

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

Correct, the actual translation cycles aren't done for z-streams. So these will only be translated for 4.2.
